Employee Engagement

Our team ran a series of recycling campaigns with a large MNC client to engage their more than 1,000 employees on site.

A total of 3 campaigns were conducted over 3 quarters, across themes like textile recycling, e-waste recycling and plastic recycling.

The Upcircle app was deployed as a communication and engagement platform for employees to learn more about the environmental impacts of each waste stream, the purpose of the campaign, and to record their individual impact towards the campaign.

500kg of recyclables were collected from employees throughout the campaign.
